Die Gruppenausstellung des Wiener Musikkollektivs Viennoise zeigt Beiträge von neun internationalen und nationalen KünstlerInnen zum Thema Elektromagnetismus als Bewusstseinsquelle und verbindendes Element in unserem Universum.
The music collective Viennoise organizes a group exhibition from May 26th – May 31st, 2015 at Mo.ë Vienna. International and national artists will show their artwork regarding the topic of Electromagnetism being the source of consciousness and the connecting element of our Universe. The artworks on display shall reveal the interconnection between all things through vibration and frequency.

Es gilt die Annahme, Bewusstsein sei sein eigener Inhalt: ohne seinen Inhalt existiert kein Bewußtsein. Diesen Inhalt setzt das konditionierte „Ego“, das „ verletzte Selbstbild“, der „Geist“, der gleich einem Computer, Erfahrungen mechanisch abspeichert. Dieser Inhalt ist Chaos. Ist es möglich, sich davon frei zu machen und von Gesellschaftszwängen geprägte Bewußtseinsstrukturen zu überwinden? Können wir zu einem achtsamen, toleranten und mitfühlenden Erlebnismodell übergehen? Welche positive wie negative Rolle spielt elektromagnetische Energie?
Die Künstler nähern sich diesen Fragestellungen über Physik, Biologie und Philosophie. Die Kunstbeiträge reichen von Sound- & Videoinstallationen bis zu Bildender Kunst und sind für Besucher möglichst interaktiv gestaltet. Spraydosen, die keine Farbe sprühen – Pflanzen, die singen und Soundröhren, die mit ihrer Umgebung kommunizieren.
The works on display shall reveal the interconnection between all things through vibration and frequency. ELECTROPIA is an effort to promote change by disclosing the dynamics of the inter-relationship of all things and dismissing the illusionary concept of a fully perfect (utopia) or fully imperfect environment (dystopia) in order to bring us into a balanced relationship with ourselves, Nature, the Earth and the Universe as a whole.
This is a concept of particular interest to our society, which provides a tool that allows guests to form their own interpretations of the Universe relative to their own existence. People are invited to engage with the shown artwork that includes paintings, sculptures and interactive sound & video installations.
